2022 Oscar adayları belli oldu – Haberler

2022 Oscar adayları açıklandı. Bu sene 94.’sü düzenlenecek Oscar Ödülleri’nde, Jane Campion imzalı The Power of the Dog 12 adaylıkla en fazlaca adaylığa layık görülen yapım olurken, onu 10 adaylıkla Dune ve 7’şer adaylıkla West Side Story ile Belfast takip etti.

Internasyonal En İyi Film kategorisinin favorilerinden önde gelen Ryûsuke Hamaguchi imzalı Drive My Car, En İyi Direktör, En İyi Film ve En İyi Uyarlama Senaryo benzer biçimde anne kategorilerde de adaylık kazanarak toplamda 4 adaylığa ulaşmış oldu. Ryûsuke Hamaguchi, 1986 senesinde Ran filmiyle aday gösterilen Akira Kurosawa‘dan bu yana En İyi Direktör kategorisinde Oscar adaylığı kazanan ilk Japon sinemacı oldu.

En İyi Film kategorisi iç oluş suretiyle Oscar töreninin anne favorisi konumundaki The Power of the Dog‘un yönetmeni Jane Campion ise eskiden hanım sinemacıların Akademi tarafınca göz ardı edildiğini tekrardan gözler önüne seren bir rekora imza attı. Campion, 1994 yılında yapılmış The Piano‘dan sonrasında kazanılmış olduğu ikinci En İyi Direktör adaylığıyla beraber Oscar tarihinde bu kategoride ani çok adaylık kazanan ilk hanım sinemacı oldu.
